For Killigan’s Treasure Public v0.57a. This page follows Macsen’s and Zhokhar’s confirmed relationships through the journey, alongside Cabotte’s and Ray’s local intimate events.

Your current decision, first:

  • Can I confirm Macsen without Romantic? Yes. Day 11 balcony Yes is formal confirmation; Friendly does not exclude it. Balcony decision.
  • What does Competition confirm? A reconsiderable trial only. It opens Zhokhar’s Day 6 invitation, but is not required for Day 7 confirmation. Trial and partner choice.
  • Does Macsen No automatically give another route? No. Each character still has date, closeness and local conditions. Ray / Cabotte have local invitations only. Branch limits.

Keep a regular save before the Aris balcony decision to compare formal partners or mutually exclusive Ray / Macsen content.

The current version allows one confirmed partner route. Confirming Macsen closes Zhokhar’s formal relationship progression and Ray’s nest invitation.

Without confirmed Macsen, Zhokhar remains possible, subject to his own conditions. Keep a normal save before the Day 11 balcony decision to compare branches.

Three stages of relationship development

  • Affection: Time together and choices can bring characters closer. Closeness alone does not confirm a partner.
  • Romantic intention: Killigan or another character considers taking things further. A later decision can still change that direction.
  • Formal confirmation: A clear choice to become partners. Macsen and Zhokhar have different decision points and follow-ups.

Preparing for relationship events

Use the companionship and activity steps below to prepare for invitations. If the option you need does not appear, reload a regular save early enough to change its prerequisites.

Macsen: Aris Days 4, 7, and 8

One reliable early plan is to choose Sure, why not. while traveling together on Day 1; pay for the meal and hear his ideas on Day 2 (Pay it., Sure, let's hear 'em.); and choose Stand up for Mac during the Day 3 argument with Elise. On Day 4, check whether Model for him? appears in the evening conversation. Choose Sure if you want the modelling scene. This is a useful preparation route, not a checklist in which every step is required. The invitation itself is the signal to check. Save before the Day 4 conversation; if it does not appear, return to an earlier companionship choice.

If you continue this route and accept the modelling invitation, watch for Invite him to my bed under Should I act on it? on Day 7. If the morning left Killigan dirty, cleaning up at the Bathhouse costs two afternoon time slots before you invite Macsen. On Day 8, if Should I ask him? appears, answer Sure to share a bed, then choose Romantic at the later feelings question to see the embrace that night. Save before the Day 7 invitation and the Day 8 feelings question. If you miss both nights, the same Memory has later opportunities at the Day 10 massage or Day 11 balcony. Day 8 Romantic is not required for the formal Day 11 decision.

Zhokhar: the Day 3 trial and Day 7 decision in Spiceport

To prepare for the private talk after the Day 3 dinner, do not formally confirm Macsen on the Aris balcony. A workable route is to choose Help treat him on Crystal Plains Day 5, share a room with Zhokhar on Spiceport Day 1, visit the Warehouse on Day 2 or 3, and choose Sure at Get a closer look?. The private talk after dinner is your signal that the preparation was enough. Competition begins a trial you can reconsider and leads to two Day 3 images; Support brings you closer but does not start that trial. A Warehouse visit on Day 4 is too late to help with the Day 3 talk. Save before the Day 3 dinner to compare its answers. If no talk appears, return to an earlier preparation or Aris balcony save.

Zhokhar’s Day 6 Bareleaf invitation depends on whether you chose the Competition trial, not just on general closeness. After the Day 7 beach events, Pursue a romantic relationship with Zhokhar? is the formal partner choice. The Day 3 trial is one route toward it, not the only one. Choose Yes to confirm the relationship; sex and position are separate later choices. If the Day 7 question does not appear, return to a save where you can still change earlier time together or the relationship branch. Save before the Yes / No decision if you want both outcomes.

Ray: the invitation to share his nest in ???

Closeness with Ray is local to this night. It is separate from Macsen’s and Zhokhar’s ongoing affection and from confirmed relationships. You must not have confirmed Macsen on the Aris balcony. One direct plan is to answer Yes to the faith question, make Bugs on a stick for Ray, then finish either dancing or ring toss. You can still get the nest invitation if that last activity’s interaction fails.

Alternative plan after answering No to faith

If you answer No to the faith question, do all three night activities, make the bugs for Ray, and succeed at least once at dancing or ring toss. Ring toss needs both interactions to succeed.

Once Ray invites you, you can accept or refuse; save before the sleeping choice to compare them. If Macsen is already your partner, return to the Aris balcony. If you did too few activities, return to the faith question or the start of the night activities.

Marks beside Memories titles

Memories relationship icons are fixed entry categories; they do not change with your current save’s partner status. Macsen and Zhokhar icons mark relationship and intimate content involving that character, including trial or confirmed relationships. The single icon is called Killigan is single in the game’s help, but it does not replace each scene’s acquisition conditions. No icon does not mean no romantic relationship. See the Gallery icon guide for the shared explanation. A local intimate scene or Zhokhar’s trial is not a formal relationship. For example, the Spiceport Day 5 clutchmates park scene requires no confirmed Macsen relationship; Zhokhar’s trial does not rule it out. Ray’s nest invitation also needs enough closeness during that section.

Cabotte: Redroot Wilds Day 8

After the Bijouk fight, Cabotte’s invitation at the inn requires a win and the Belt still equipped at the post-fight check. If you lose or the Belt is damaged or removed, the story continues without this invitation. Drinking or eating at the inn changes the presentation that night, but does not replace the fight condition. Choose Sure when Cabotte invites you to enter the optional scene. Macsen

Early Aris: closeness and sharing a bed

Stand up for Mac during the Day 3 argument with Elise brings Macsen closer. The main story continues with other answers, though one leaves out the second image in that night’s embrace. See the two Memories entries. If Model for him? appears on Day 4, you can decide whether to model; if it does not, you need an earlier companionship choice. See preparation and the modelling Memory.

On Day 7, you can invite Macsen to your bed if the option appears that evening. He refuses if the morning left Killigan dirty. The Bathhouse can restore this opportunity that afternoon for two time slots. You may be able to invite him again on Day 8. Sharing a bed that night still needs Romantic at the later feelings question to show the same embrace. The formal relationship decision waits until the Day 11 banquet balcony. See each day’s route to that Memory.

Day 8: Romantic and Friendly

Killigan considers his feelings for Macsen on Aris Day 8. Romantic records an intention to pursue romance; Friendly treats those feelings as friendship for now. He can reconsider later. The formal decision remains at the banquet balcony, where he can still confirm Macsen even after choosing Friendly.

Day 10: Macsen’s massage

If you chose Romantic on Day 8, you return to the room with Macsen on Day 10 for a clickable massage scene. Each body area can be selected once; finish four areas to continue.

Massage areas and screen orientation

Macsen mentions bruising on his left shoulder and right thigh. For a more comfortable response, avoid those spots and his rear; choose the side of his waist, back, uninjured shoulder, and uninjured thigh. These are his body parts, so their positions on screen may differ.

The result changes his reaction and closeness, but every completed massage leads to the bed embrace. The formal relationship is still decided on Day 11. Save before the interaction to compare responses. See the other opportunities for the same Memory.

The Aris banquet: the balcony decision

Direct answer: you can confirm Macsen here without Day 8 Romantic. No does not confirm anyone else; the formal decision cannot be changed later.

Enter the Day 11 banquet through Purescale Entryway. Make a separate regular save before Macsen’s balcony conversation reaches the question where Killigan can no longer change his mind.

  • Yes formally confirms Macsen as Killigan’s partner, then leads into the confession and kiss. You do not need to have chosen Day 8 Romantic or reached a particular affection value first.
  • No leaves the relationship unconfirmed and clears the earlier romantic intention. The two balcony confession and kiss Memories will not appear on that branch; the story continues with the rest of the banquet.

This commitment also changes later relationship and optional content. After confirming Macsen, Zhokhar’s private trial and Day 7 formal decision are unavailable on that regular playthrough. So are Ray’s nest invitation and the adult clutchmates invitation in Spiceport on Day 5. Choosing No only keeps those possibilities open: their own closeness, date, and local choice conditions must still be met.

How this relates to Memories

After balcony Yes, the lead-in to the confession and the kiss appear in order as two separate Macsen Memories under Aris (p.2). Day 8 Romantic does not affect those acquisition steps. Both display Aris Day 11 with a Macsen relationship icon. Use the Memories / CG lookup to tell them apart.

Shieldfall Vale: an established relationship

If you confirmed Macsen with Yes at the Aris balcony, the third evening talk with him during Shieldfall Vale Days 2–6 offers Ask him. Choose it for an intimate scene and a Shieldfall Vale Memory with his relationship icon. The third talk can come as early as Day 4 or as late as the evening of Day 6. Hold off skips the image and uses up that third-talk opportunity. Neither answer reopens the partner decision. See the Vale evening plan.

Spiceport: an established relationship

Balcony Yes means you automatically share a room with Macsen in Spiceport. His bedside images can appear on Day 5 or 7 mornings; on Day 6 you can join him at Bareleaf Park, and Day 7 leads to his evening relationship scene. This confirmed relationship rules out Zhokhar’s Day 3 private trial and the adult clutchmates invitation at the park on Day 5. You can answer the Day 7 morning question about sex with Macsen and reconsider that answer in the evening. I'll top and I'll bottom lead to different images; skipping sex still leaves the later scene of sharing a bed. See the Day 7 journey and Memories lookup.

???: Ray’s invitation that night

The faith answer, night activities, and their results build closeness with Ray within this section. If you do enough for an invitation and did not confirm Macsen at the Aris balcony, you can accept or refuse when Ray asks. The two activity plans are above. Accepting leads to the intimate scene that night; Ray does not become a formal partner here. To see both Ray’s nest and Macsen’s Vale scene through regular story play, keep separate saves before the Aris balcony and follow separate branches. They do not combine in one continuous playthrough. The Memories lookup gives the activity combinations and save points.

Zhokhar: Spiceport Days 3–7

Direct answer: Competition is a trial, not partner confirmation. Only Yes at the Day 7 formal question confirms Zhokhar. Enough earlier closeness can also reach that question, so Competition is not required. No confirmed Macsen remains a prerequisite. Save before Day 3 dinner and before the Day 7 formal question.

Build closeness before the private trial

Your earlier journey choices affect how close you are to Zhokhar on arrival in Spiceport, especially whether you helped treat him on Crystal Plains Day 5. Start preparing earlier if you want his relationship route. Sharing a room on Spiceport Day 1 adds a separate Day 2 morning image and brings you closer. Agreeing to look more closely during the Day 2–4 Warehouse excursion also helps. To use that excursion for the Day 3 dinner talk, visit the Warehouse on Day 2 or 3. Day 4 still allows the excursion itself, but comes too late for that talk. Formal confirmation waits until Day 7.

The private talk after the Day 3 dinner needs enough prior closeness and no confirmed Macsen relationship from the Aris balcony. The early preparation gives one workable route. If the talk does not appear, return to a regular save early enough to change time together or the excursion; you cannot add later activities after dinner to trigger this trial. Once the talk begins:

  • Competition starts a trial of competition and intimacy that can later be reconsidered. It brings you closer and shows two separate Day 3 Zhokhar Memories. It also opens his Day 6 Bareleaf invitation and the Things to Tease About page at the earlier Codex update in this chapter.
  • Support brings you closer and continues the story, but does not start that trial or grant those two Day 3 images. It does not rule out the later Day 7 partner question if you have no confirmed Macsen relationship. Check whether that question appears when you reach it.

Save before the Day 3 dinner to compare those answers. Sharing a room helps with closeness, but is not an individually required prerequisite; the entrance also depends on earlier time together and the Macsen relationship state.

Day 6 invitation and Day 7 decision

The Day 6 Bareleaf invitation checks whether you entered the Day 3 trial. A confirmed Macsen relationship brings Macsen’s invitation instead; otherwise, Zhokhar invites you if you started his trial. Sure enters that character’s scene and skips afternoon free exploration; Nah leaves time for the store, fishing, or other targets. See the Day 6 trade-off.

After the Day 7 beach, Pursue a romantic relationship with Zhokhar? appears if Macsen is not a confirmed partner and you have enough earlier closeness or the Day 3 trial. Yes is the formal partner choice. Competition can help you reach this point, but is not required. No leaves the relationship unconfirmed and ends an existing trial. Save before this final question. After Yes, the embrace and kiss do not require agreeing to sex. Absolutely / Nah decide whether to have sex; I'll top / I'll bottom then select different images. You cannot see both positions in one scene. See the individual images and special prerequisite.

Keep separate saves before the Aris balcony to compare formal relationships with Macsen and Zhokhar. Spiceport’s Codex pages update according to relationship state; check a character’s base entry separately from a conditional page. The Codex lookup lists their titles and update points.

Blueleaf Grove: one later Zhokhar image

After the Day 11 spar with Zhokhar, choose Undress the dragon. If you formally confirmed the relationship with Yes on Spiceport Day 7, a Blueleaf Grove Memory with his relationship icon appears. Having sex with him in Spiceport changes the presentation here, not whether you get the entry; the spar result does not gate it either. If you never confirmed Zhokhar, reload before the Spiceport Day 7 decision. If you confirmed Macsen even earlier, branch from before the Aris balcony. If Zhokhar is already confirmed and you only chose Find the round boys in Grove, a save before the two choices after the Day 11 spar is enough.
